On March 23rd 2006- Jim was honored with the 2006 Jefferson Award for outstanding service to the communities of Southern New England.The ceremony took place at the WJAR-NBC 10 studio at an awards breakfast hosted by Wjar News Anchor Frank Coletta.there was also a film clip on the friday news which included interviews and a live piece of the CODAC ALL STARS Many thanks to Jim Carleton & Eileen Cloutier for the nomination.
